Mark holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business from Griffith University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology.

Mark was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in February 2021. Since his admission, Mark has gained valuable knowledge and experience in a wide range of areas of law including Civil litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law, Wills and Estates and Property Law. 

Mark joined AVA Solicitors in September 2023 and is currently working alongside our more senior Solicitors assisting predominantly with the drafting of Estate Planning documents and Estate Administration.
